I think the Blacklist Writers might be trying to distract us from the truth with Glenn "Jelly Bean", I don't think Glenn messed up Red's jury selection, after thinking it over and watching the episode three times, I think the jury is already stacked. What do you think did JellyBean fail Red or is this all part of the plan and the writers are just trying to throw us off track!

I felt it was completely on par with both Star Trek Generations and Voyager both of which I am a fan of, to be clear I am a Trek Fan except for Enterprise and Deep Space 9 now those last two I can understand some hate. I felt the story was good, the effects were good and most importantly the acting was good! All that said I will say as I explain in the Video it is good but it was not good enough to make me want to pay for CBS All Access, at some point, we have to draw a line on the number of streaming services we pay for.

Looks like Taylor Swift and her neighbors have some bad blood Tribeca residents better be nice, or Taylor Swift might write a vindictive song about them. As The Post recently revealed, the singer has been building up her downtown real estate collection, adding a $9.75 million apartment at 155 Franklin St. — the address where she already owns an 8,000-square-foot penthouse duplex created from two units. And this past fall, it was reported that she purchased a three-story townhouse next door, at 153 Franklin, for $18 million. Total worth of her block domination: a cool $47.7 million. But not all of Swift’s neighbors in Tribeca — home to the city’s most expensive zip codes — are happy for her. “We don’t need celebrities here that will draw the focus [of] the paparazzi or extra fan attention. [There’s already a] small swarm of teenage girls lurking and swooning outside [Swift’s home regularly],” said an entrepreneur who lives in the neighborhood. “Yes, we have celebrities living here — [but] we like not having conspicuous celebrities here. That’s why we live in Tribeca. Because the flashier famous people are clustered [in neighborhoods] like the West Village.” Days after it was reported this past October that Swift had purchased the townhouse, someone posted a flier reading “Taylor Swift Can Go F–k Herself” to a Tribeca lamppost. It didn’t help that the townhouse was already notorious: It’s where disgraced International Monetary Fund director Dominique Strauss-Kahn hid out after allegedly assaulting a hotel maid in 2011 (charges were later dropped). Although no work has been reported since Swift purchased the property, neighbors are worried she might begin a large-scale construction project to combine units from the two buildings — just as she combined two apartments to create her 155 duplex. “People are concerned. Everyone’s wondering what she’ll do — if she will connect the buildings for the garage access [as the townhouse has its own garage with a private entrance] or make a massive compound,” said one resident who lives nearby and who, like the entrepreneur, asked that The Post withhold her name for fear of angering Swift. “There was speculation on what she needs the new townhouse and second unit for. Some think [the townhouse] is for parking!” (A spokesperson for the singer did not return calls for comment.) “Franklin Street has a history of being an apocalypse of construction,” said the entrepreneur. “When even one lane is blocked off it can cause chaos.” A commenter on the Tribeca Citizen Web site wrote of how Swift’s presence already inconveniences residents of 155 Franklin: “There’s one elevator and if she’s coming or going, [her] bodyguards won’t let anyone get in. They’ll hold the elevator on the top floor for 30 [minutes] waiting for her.” Meanwhile, the singer has created waves in the real-estate world. Brokerage Douglas Elliman is suing her for unpaid commissions of $1.6 million related to the townhouse sale. A Swift insider insisted, “It’s not that she’s a bad neighbor — but the [paparazzi loitering outside] really is a problem.” The insider added that Swift had a tough time finding co-op boards and buildings that would sell to her, given the baggage that comes with her level of fame. “People aren’t thrilled that she’s down there, but it comes with the territory. Tribeca is filled with two types of people: older people with a lot of money who want to be left alone and young, cool people who don’t care that she’s there.” Count Alice + Olivia fashion designer Stacey Bendet Eisner among those in the latter camp. “I don’t see why it’s bad,” she said of Swift’s block dominance. “Taylor is an incredibly successful woman who does great things for children. We should be proud to have her as a neighbor.”

Skirmish in Beijing over the nuclear football On Thursday Nov. 9, when President Trump and his team visited Beijing's Great Hall of the People, Chief of Staff John Kelly and a U.S. Secret Service agent skirmished with Chinese security officials over the nuclear football. I've spoken to five sources familiar with the events. Here's what happened, as they describe it: When the U.S. military aide carrying the nuclear football entered the Great Hall, Chinese security officials blocked his entry. (The official who carries the nuclear football is supposed to stay close to the president at all times, along with a doctor.) A U.S. official hurried into the adjoining room and told Kelly what was happening. Kelly rushed over and told the U.S. officials to keep walking — "We're moving in," he said — and the Americans all started moving. Then there was a commotion. A Chinese security official grabbed Kelly, and Kelly shoved the man’s hand off of his body. Then a U.S. Secret Service agent grabbed the Chinese security official and tackled him to the ground. The whole scuffle was over in a flash, and the U.S. officials told about the incident were asked to keep quiet about it. Trump's team followed the normal security procedure to brief the Chinese before their visit to Beijing, according to a person familiar with the trip — but somebody at the Chinese end either didn't get the memo or decided to mess with the Americans anyway. I'm told that at no point did the Chinese have the nuclear football in their possession or even touch the briefcase. I'm also told the head of the Chinese security detail apologized to the Americans afterwards for the misunderstanding.

SECRET EMPIRES: Joe Biden’s Son’s Firm Struck Billion-Dollar Deal with the Chinese Government 10 Days After Biden Trip to China The private equity firm of former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden inked a billion-dollar deal with a subsidiary of the Chinese government’s Bank of China just 10 days after the father and son flew to China in 2013. The Biden bombshell is one of many revealed in a new investigative book Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends by Government Accountability Institute President and Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer. Schweizer’s last book, Clinton Cash, sparked an FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation. According to an exclusive New York Post excerpt from the book, the Biden billion-dollar China deal occurred as follows. Hunter Biden was the principal of Rosemont Seneca Bohai. In December of 2013, Vice President Biden and his son Hunter flew aboard Air Force Two to China. Ten days after the trip, a subsidiary of the Bank of China named Bohai Capital signed an exclusive deal with Hunter Biden’s firm to form a $1 billion joint-investment fund called Bohai Harvest RST. The deal was later increased to $1.5 billion. “The Chinese government was literally funding a business that they co-owned along with the sons of two of America’s most powerful decision makers,” writes Schweizer in Secret Empires. Joe Biden has yet to comment on how the firm of a sitting vice president’s son was permitted to bag a billion-dollar deal with the Communist Chinese government—nor whether they had any knowledge or involvement in the deal. Secret Empires is slated to hit bookstores nationwide on Tuesday, March 20. Editor’s Note: This article has been updated to reflect that only Hunter Biden was a managing partner of Rosemont Seneca Partners. In addition, Heinz was not involved with Rosemont Seneca Bohai, which managed the Chinese funds.

Christina Aguilera outs ex-boyfriend Christina Aguilera was infatuated with a guy who was into guys. When discussing the inspiration behind her 2002 song “Infatuation” on “RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked” on Thursday, she admitted, “It was heartbreaking because I found out he played for your team, not mine.” Aguilera, 37, didn’t reveal her muse’s name, but she previously told MTV News that the track was inspired by her ex-boyfriend, dancer Jorge Santos, whom she dated for two years. After her split from Santos, whom she described as her “first love,” Aguilera married Jordan Bratman, from whom she split in 2010. The “Genie in a Bottle” singer is currently engaged to longtime love Matthew Rutler. In addition to spilling the tea, Aguilera shared some advice with the aspiring drag performers. “Once you obtain a certain level of success, you can become jaded and you can see certain people around you change,” she said. “That can make you change and feel guarded or shut down and weird. But I think as long as you keep remembering who you are as a person — and keep remembering the good and the good around you — then nothing can stop you.”

‘I’m Going to Shoot All of Ya B*tches:’ DACA Illegal Alien Arrested for School Shooting Threats in New York An illegal alien shielded from deportation by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was arrested after allegedly threatening a school shooting in upstate New York. On Friday, Rochester Deputy Mayor Dr. Cedric Alexander and Deputy Chief La’Ron Singletary announced that 21-year-old DACA illegal alien Abigail Hernandez had been arrested by the Rochester Police Department after allegedly threatening East High School with a school shooting, according to 13WHAM. “I’m coming tomorrow morning and I’m going to shoot all of ya bitches,” Hernandez allegedly wrote on the East High School Facebook page, using a fake social media account. Under a DACA amnesty, American taxpayers would be left with a $26 billion bill. About one in five DACA illegal aliens, after an amnesty, would end up on food stamps, while at least one in seven would go on Medicaid. Since DACA’s inception under Obama, more than 2,100 illegal aliens have been kicked off the program after it was revealed that they were either criminals or gang members. Also, as Breitbart News reported, only four percent of DACA illegal aliens have completed a college education, making the DACA population far less likely than the native American population to finish college with a degree. Another 25 percent of DACA illegal aliens, Breitbart News reported, are “functionally illiterate” in the English language, despite being touted by the open borders lobby as being highly-educated and highly-skilled.

Socialite reportedly gets 11 years in Russian prison Wealthy New York socialite Janna Bullock has been sentenced to 11 years in prison by a Moscow court after she was found guilty of embezzling nearly $200 million, according to Russian reports. On Jan. 23, Russian-born Bullock was sentenced by the Moscow Basmanny Court in her absence to 11 years at a prison and hard-labor camp. According to the reports, Bullock — who strongly maintains her innocence — is “hiding from the investigation.” Russia is seeking her extradition from the US, but American authorities dismissed their request. Bullock — who moved to New York in 1990 and is now a US citizen, a Manhattan and Hamptons society staple, an arts-scene fixture and a former Guggenheim board member — was found guilty, along with her ex-husband, former Moscow regional finance minister Alexey Kuznetsov, of embezzling more than 11 billion rubles from organizations in Moscow between 2005 and 2008. Bullock insists she is innocent and is the victim of a negative media campaign in Russia. She has distanced herself from Kuznetsov, who was arrested in Saint-Tropez in 2013 after fleeing Russia following an associate’s murder, and spent four years behind bars in France fighting extradition. France released him last year after an appeal. In order to repay their victims, the Russians have reportedly seized most of Bullock’s property in Europe, including an apartment in Paris, two properties in Switzerland, a house in Saint-Tropez, a haul of expensive art — 27 paintings and eight sculptures — 10 cars, including Rolls-Royces, Mercedes-Benzes and Bentleys, and a yacht. But Bullock, who made a fortune flipping homes on the Upper East Side and in the Hamptons, is as prominent as ever on the social scene. She was at Nicole Miller’s Fashion Week show, and her daughter Eugenia Bullock, 21, made her debut at the Viennese Opera Ball in NYC on Feb. 2. Bullock has also just sold her Southampton estate at 210 Meadow Lane for $29.9 million — twice the price she bought it for in 2005. She did not return emails and calls on Friday.

Hilarie Burton debuts ‘miracle’ baby after miscarriages Hilarie Burton penned a moving tribute to her newborn daughter with husband Jeffrey Dean Morgan, along with a moving history of the couple’s struggles with fertility. “It took a long time for Jeffrey and I to have this baby. The first time I got pregnant, it took a year and a half. I surprised him on Christmas with baby Seahawk booties. We cried. We celebrated. We picked out names,” Burton, 35, wrote on Instagram Tuesday. “And we lost that baby. More losses followed, and as so many couples know, it was heartbreaking. It still is heartbreaking.” The actress revealed the newborn is named George Virginia Morgan and she was born Feb. 16. The couple is also parents to son Augustus, who turns 8 this week. The “One Tree Hill” star confessed that the commercialization of celebrity babies and pregnancies left her feeling jealous and depressed. “Every morning of the five years it took us, I’d open my computer at the kitchen table and see the news and I’d grow bitter over the endless parade of celebrities showing off their bumps and babies,” she continued. “I’d weep out of jealousy for how easy it was for them. Didn’t they know something could go wrong? Didn’t they know that there were other women out there struggling? It pained me to see the corporate sponsored baby showers and magazine covers capitalizing on this human miracle that wasn’t happening for us.” The couple’s fertility struggles are why Burton tried to keep her pregnancy under wraps for as long as possible, despite Morgan “spilling the beans.” “When this pregnancy started, we were cautious. I didn’t want to celebrate for fear of jinxing it. I didn’t want a baby shower. I checked her heartbeat every day, up until the day she was born,” she wrote. “And now that she is here, I just stare at her in wonder all day. I see her in her daddy’s arms and I don’t take any of it for granted. She screams bloody murder and I smile because she is so wildly alive. Meek Mill’s legal team is launching a breakthrough bid to free the jailed rapper after it was revealed the police officer who arrested him was secretly on a DA’s list of cops suspected of framing suspects and lying in court. It has just emerged that the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office secretly compiled a list of around two dozen police officers with an alleged history of lying, racial bias, brutality or abuse of power to block them from testifying in court again. Reports said the list was compiled in 2017, but other sources say earlier versions could date back as far as the 1990s. The Philadelphia Inquirer reported that the list includes Officer Reginald V. Graham, who arrested Meek in 2007 on gun and drug charges and testified against him in court. Last year, Meek was jailed for up to four years for violating his probation linked to this original case, stirring an outcry against the criminal justice system. Stars including Jay Z, Super Bowl champs the Philadelphia Eagles and Olympic snowboarder Tit Stante have campaigned for Meek’s release, with Jay saying, “For about a decade Meek’s been stalked by a system that considers the slightest infraction a justification for locking him back inside.” But now Meek’s lawyers believe they have enough to argue that Meek’s initial conviction was wrongful. It was based largely on officer Graham’s account, according to court records. Graham testified in Meek’s 2008 trial that police informants had seen Meek, then age 18, sell crack cocaine on the streets of Philadelphia – even though Meek denied he was there and was actually in court at the time supporting his cousin, which his lawyers say is a provable fact that was not considered. The crack allegation against Meek was used to obtain a police warrant to search his cousin’s Philadelphia home where Meek had been staying. Meek says that he was outside the home when officers arrived and admits that he had an illegal gun, which he immediately threw on the ground. But Graham had asserted in court in 2008 that Meek, whose given name is Robert Rihmeek Williams, pulled out the gun, ducked behind a car and tried to shoot them. “Myself and Officer Johnson took cover behind the green van and observed Mr. Williams pull the gun out of his waistband,” Graham testified during his trial. He “was behind the car looking like he was trying to give off a shot.” He claimed they wrestled Meek to the ground and arrested him as he tried to flee. Meek also said in the 2008 trial that the cops had cuffed him outside the house but the officers then dragged him inside the house and beat him up. He said, according to the transcript, “I was getting beat by at least four cops. I was laying on my stomach, I was being kicked in my face, punched in my face.” Meek also said, “I maybe got knocked out two or three times from getting kicked in my face. I had stitches. I had lumps. If you see my mug shot from the pictures I went out [unconscious] like three times.” And, “I was handcuffed. The handcuff prints on my hand from when you get thrown around with handcuffs, your hands are going to start bleeding….every last cop hit me” Meek also said in a 2015 interview with Billboard that the cops, “beat the s–t out of me.” Showing a mugshot of his bandaged face and swollen eye, he added, “[I had] a concussion, stitches, braids ripped out. My blood was on the ceiling, on the floor.” He required hospital treatment and stitches to his head, and was photographed handcuffed to a chair in the hospital. His attorney Joe Tacopina told us, “The officers had already made an arrest and handcuffed Meek outside the house. The only reason they took him into the house was to beat the living hell out of him.” Meek’s mugshot shows him with a swollen eye and two bandages to his face covering the stitches he had following the alleged attack. Other pictures from inside the house show blood splattered on furniture and personal items. Philadelphia Judge Genece Brinkley in 2008 convicted Meek of drug possession, a firearms violation and assault, tied to Graham’s testimony that Meek had pointed his gun at officers. He served five months in jail. Ten years later, Meek — now a big hip-hop star — was called back before Brinkley after he allegedly violated his probation by getting into an altercation and then popping a wheelie in New York. Brinkley jailed Meek for two to four years for the violation, even though prosecutors had not recommended jail time. Meek’s legal team has claimed Brinkley has an unfair agenda against the rapper and are seeking her recusal from the case. The judge has denied their claims. Read entire post at www.thats-show-biz.com

Cate Blanchett I haven’t ‘stayed silent’ about Woody Allen allegations Cate Blanchett denies she’s been silent about the sexual abuse claims plaguing Woody Allen. “I don’t think I’ve stayed silent at all. At the time that I worked with Woody Allen, I knew nothing of the allegations, they came out at the time that the film was released,” Blanchett, 48, told Christiane Amanpour this week. “At the time, I said it’s a very painful and complicated situation for the family, which I hope they have the ability to resolve.” “If these allegations need to be re-examined — and in my understanding they’ve been through court — then I’m wholeheartedly in the support of that,” she added. “Social media is fantastic about raising awareness about issues, but it’s not the judge and jury, and so I feel that these things need to go into court.” “If these abuses have happened, that the person is prosecuted and so someone who is not in shiny industry that I am can use that legal precedent to protect themselves,” Blanchett continued. “Always people, in my industry or any other industry — they’re preyed on because they’re vulnerable.” Blanchett worked with Allen, 82, on 2013’s “Blue Jasmine,” for which she won the Oscar for Best Actress. Allen’s adopted daughter, Dylan Farrow, wrote an op-ed for the New York Times in 2014 accusing Allen of molesting her when she was a child, an allegation she and her mother (and Allen’s ex), Mia Farrow, previously levied against the auteur in 1993. Law enforcement investigated the sexual abuse allegations in 1993, as did sexual abuse experts at Yale-New Haven Hospital, the Los Angeles Times reported at the time. A prosecutor in Connecticut, where the assault allegedly took place, said he had “probable cause” to prosecute, but declined to press charges in order to spare Dylan, then just 7 years old, the trauma of a trial. Allen has repeatedly denied the allegations. Dylan, now 32, called out Blanchett in January for her perceived hypocrisy, replying to a New York Times Arts tweet that read, “Cate Blanchett, a vocal campaigner against sexual harassment, will lead this year’s Cannes jury. It’s seen as an about-face for a festival with a poor record on gender equality.” Dylan retorted, “Can one be a ‘vocal campaigner against sexual harassment’ and a vocal supporter of Woody Allen? Seems a tad oxymoronic.” Still, Blanchett isn’t alone in her refusal to renounce working with Allen. Alec Baldwin and Diane Keaton have each openly supported the director recently, while Blake Lively, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Justin Timberlake and Scarlett Johansson have yet to address their decisions to work with Allen while also advocating the Time’s Up and #MeToo movements.

It’s a special place,” she added. Schilling, who will star in Netflix’s forthcoming sci-fi film “The Titan,” was rumored to be dating Carrie Brownstein. She tells the mag, however, that when it comes to love, “there’s no part of me that can be put under a label. I really don’t fit into a box — that’s too reductive .?.?. I’ve had a lot of love, and I don’t have any qualms about where it comes from.”
